A veteran entrepreneur and executive coach with over 25 years of coaching experience (MCC), Jo is passionate about creating work environments where people can grow and thrive. Over the course of her career, she has lived and worked internationally, creating trusted relationships as well as inspiring others to live authentically.​

As co-founder Jo has helped run and grow Talking Talent for nearly two decades. Working across a variety of sectors and functional areas, she specialises in team and executive coaching where she creates and delivers coaching solutions that are culturally relevant and ensure both growth and behavioural change. Bringing her expertise in running a business together with her coaching expertise, Jo’s goal is to help teams, individuals, and organisations maximise their performance and amplify their authenticity.​

During her career, Jo has made a significant impact on the way individuals and organisations work and grow. Her extremely intuitive nature, insight, and ability to challenge are highly regarded whenever they are needed. Using a relaxed, informal coaching style, she helps people to discover their greatest strengths by creating a safe, supportive space for them to explore.​
