Paul is a former CPA and finance professional with over 16 years of experience in corporate America. His own personal experience and his years of coaching high performing leaders have led him to the realization that we can’t see our own blind spots, and that the clearest path to developing as a leader is to partner with someone with the skill and courage to challenge you in a way only an outsider can.
His approach to leadership development is based on the theory that who we are as a person is how we lead as a leader. He believes that developing clarity, emotional intelligence, self-awareness, alignment, vision, clear values, and authenticity, gives you the foundation to be a powerful leader. He is an expert in helping people leverage these fundamental personal skills to become stronger more courageous leaders.
His methods are organic and non-prescriptive but focus on the goals of the leader while creating an environment that is safe and challenging for individuals to explore the patterns and possibilities in their leadership style and relationships.
