Jonathan spent ten years at Apple in learning, development and inclusion – working as a strategist, designer, facilitator and coach. His learning programs on inclusive actions at work have been delivered to over 100,000 people, and he’s designed and delivered workshops on inclusive leadership, unconscious bias, gender identity and allyship.
Through his experience, what is clear to Jonathan is that inclusive leadership is a marriage of head and heart - it’s a key contributor to business success, and it’s the right thing for the individuals that make up that workplace. Each supports the other - an employee who feels a strong and genuine sense of belonging contributes more, and an environment that nurtures diversity attracts and enables powerful contributors to the business.
