Frances is an experienced Executive Coach with extensive commercial and business experience. Following a successful career in Human Resources covering sectors including Financial Services, Advertising, Energy, IT, Publishing, Charities and International Development, she coaches professional women returning to work, young professionals, BME employees, senior leaders and Board Directors in the UK and overseas on career development strategies. 

Frances is passionate about working with people facing organisational and career challenges to develop their potential. A working mother with experience of working in both developed and emerging markets, she brings a unique insight into the challenges of working parents facing career transition and guides clients to take positive steps towards achieving their career goals and meeting their employer’s and their own aspirations.  Clients appreciate Frances’s practical and engaging style and her ability to coach across cultures and to bring clarity to solution finding.

Frances edits a globally circulated careers magazine, writes on careers and professional development and is the author of three business books and two novels.
