Erica Goos

Erica brings 20+ years of both working for profit and non-profit organizations and lived experiences from her former therapy practice into her coaching work. Her work has given her a deep understanding that change is essential to people and organizations’ growth and development. These changes can also be accompanied by discomfort and resistance. Erica helps guide people and organizations to navigate through these places of discomfort and resistance by drawing upon their creativity and resourcefulness to be an agent of transformational change.

The focus of Erica’s leadership and organizational development is on helping individuals create their own authentic leadership.  Her approach focuses on increasing self-awareness, honesty, inclusion, belonging, and ethicalness so that these qualities cultivate trust to drive improvements and innovations. These insights propel leaders to make meaningful and impactful changes, not only for their organization as a whole, but for themselves as well.
