With her expertise in Organisational Development & Leadership Development, Ajay helps teams and individuals realise their own and their organisation’s potential by using coaching and facilitation while emphasising how diversity can be appreciated and leveraged to create genuine inclusion within organisations. Her passion is for interpersonal relationships and communication to promote authentic leadership, understanding, and inclusion.
