Our internal teams work in roles such as Client Services, Marketing, Technology, Operations, Finance and HR to support our coaches and Client Directors to run world-class coaching programmes and accelerate our impact.

Client Relationship Director
A key focus of the Client Relationship Director role is to drive and nurture the management, development, and growth of relationships with our Existing Clients. As a market sector expert with an ability to spot and lead new business opportunities, you will have the commercial and business acumen to maximize long-term revenue opportunities by becoming trusted advisers to our clients and strengthening their loyalty.
Ideally, you will have an entrepreneurial flair combined with the personal gravitas to engage at all levels of our clients’ business. You will be goal-driven, innovative, detail-oriented, hands-on and above all enthusiastic about providing exceptional service to meet our customers' business needs.

Coaching and Business Services Executive
Based in our Oxfordshire Head Office and aligned to our Client Relationship & Business Services Team, the Coaching and Business Services Executive is a key role in our organisation, managing relationships with our Coaches, Client Coachees and wider internal teams. You will be responsible for delivering service excellence and exceeding external and internal customer expectations through superior delivery and coordination of Talking Talent’s coaching programmes.
Do you have strong multi-skilled administrative experience and a confidence communicating with people at all levels? It will be a must to succeed in this role operating at the heart of our business. The Coaching and Business Services Executive will have people-centric values, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to complete processes and tasks effectively to deadlines, and strong diary and administrative management capabilities.

Head of Operations
The Head of Operations will fulfil a critical role within the business, providing operational and strategic input and support to the wider Talking Talent business to deliver excellent customer outcomes and drive efficiency and productivity. They will ensure that we continue to deliver sustained growth without compromising our exacting delivery standards.
The successful candidate will be a proven leader and business operator but will also have experience of managing change and implementing new solutions. With a demonstrable track record of driving operational excellence on a global basis, the successful applicant will drive best practice, process consistency, integration, continuous improvement and high levels of performance across the business. They will implement new processes that contribute toward the efficient operation and growth of the business.
