Our internal teams work in roles such as Client Services, Marketing, Technology, Operations, Finance and HR to support our coaches and Client Directors to run world-class coaching programs and accelerate our impact.

INTERNATIONAL NETWORK

The key to our success, and ultimately our clients’ success, lies in the quality of our coaches. We employee coaches from all walks of life, but all of whom have commercial backgrounds. We also have an international network of associates that we call upon to help us deliver our programs at scale across the globe.

Resourcing and Development Executive

As the Resourcing and Development Lead you will have responsibility for the recruitment of all permanent staff and Associates. You will also have responsibility for delivering Learning and Development initiatives across the Talking Talent business and for managing the annual performance management process. From the sourcing and onboarding of new team members and Associate coaches to administration of the performance management process and managing L&D initiatives, this is an all-encompassing role. It will suit someone who is comfortable operating in a standalone role and who is used to taking decisions and driving a high performing culture.
