Ana Estrada Daniels has over twenty years of experience working with individuals, teams, and organizations to develop their capacity to lead and influence at all levels. Ana accomplishes this by building relationships with clients to gain an understanding of their challenges, opportunities, and desired impact while looking across their evolving landscape. The drive behind her work is a desire to create equitable environments where all people have the opportunity to belong and thrive.
Ana specializes in executive and team coaching, leadership development, and facilitation. Ana is trained as a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator by Dr. Brené Brown. This work provides tools and mindset shifts to create braver leaders and more courageous cultures.
She serves as a coach in the Surge Institute fellowship program focused on uniting, accelerating and empowering emerging leaders of color in education. Ana is also a faculty member and coach for the University of Southern California’s executive leadership programs. She also partners with the Leadership Development Institute coaching executive leaders in corporations utilizing the 360 Leadership Versatility Index assessment.
She obtained her Master of Public Administration from the University of Southern California; Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Spanish from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
