Business Operations Manager

As our Business Operations Manager, you will fulfil a critical role within our business, providing that operational and application support to our internal users and external customers as well as providing strategic technical input that drives efficiency and productivity for a fast-paced global coaching business. The Business Operations Manager will ensure that we continue to deliver sustained growth without compromising our exacting delivery standards.

Our business relies on multiple core varied software applications which underpin our business operations namely Microsoft Office 365 (including Teams), Salesforce, Zoom Communications, Acuity Scheduling and Qualtrics Feedback Solutions. These mission-critical applications need to be expertly administered, maintained, continuously evolved and supported in order to ensure business continuity and success.

The successful candidate will be a proven business operator and a hands-on troubleshooter, used to resolving day to day issues but with a strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn new skills quickly as well as research for solutions independently. With experience of managing change, integration and implementing new tech solutions and continuous improvement strategies, you will promote best practice with the use of our systems both internally and externally and communicate that out effectively and professionally.

Client Operations Executive

Usually based in our Oxfordshire Head Office our COE's are the engine room behind our coaching programmes; managing relationships with our Clients, Coachees and internal team and coordinating delivery of our coaching programmes.

We are looking for a proactive individual with a detail-orientated approach who is used to multitasking, managing multiple diaries, customer relationships and managing confidential information. A computer literate self-starter who is able to use their initiative, working well both on their own and as part of a team, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

You'll need strong admin skills - PowerPoint, Salesforce/CRM, Outlook, Excel - combined with confidence owning written and telephone customer communication.

Operating at the heart of our business, you must have people-centric team player values, an eye for detail and the ability to multi-task.

Executive Coach

Are you a dynamic, passionate, influential coach used to delivering coaching programmes to FTSE 250 clients? A key focus area for this role is delivery of our Black Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) Leadership coaching programmes, as well as supporting with our parental transitions coaching programmes. Our programmes feature a combination of group and one-to-one delivery, and cover core topics such as emotional intelligence; belief and confidence; authentic leadership; presence and gravitas, as well as supporting parents through career-life transitions.  

This role will deliver a high proportion of group coaching programmes. You will be required to work with the service line leads to enhance and design content. There will be occasions where you will be required to travel across the UK and occasionally overseas to deliver some face-to-face group coaching programmes. Every other month you will be required to attend team days at our head office in South Oxfordshire.

The role combines a wide range of skills including face-to-face and virtual group coaching, 1:1 coaching and bringing fresh design thinking and new and contemporary approaches to the table – all with coaching and training to support your personal development.

Head of Inclusion Programmes

We need someone who will lead the practice area with gravitas and strategic vision serving as a thought leader both internally and externally.  We want someone who can take their passion for the diversity & inclusion space and translate that into both a compelling strategy for Talking Talent and impactful leadership development programs for our clients, helping us to grow this service line during an exciting time of change and growth. 

This is a client and market-facing role.  Experience with culture and organisational change will be a crucial success factor as will the ability to create and deliver inclusion programs. We are looking for someone who has experience developing custom diversity & inclusion curriculum and who is a dynamic facilitator with an ability to bring the content to life in to deliver actionable insights to our clients.    

We need someone who is comfortable spending time enhancing the Talking Talent brand externally through thought leadership on social media, speaking at conferences, and being a vocal and visible subject matter expert in the diversity & inclusion space.

In addition, we are looking for someone who can leverage their network and personal brand to grow the Inclusion with Purpose practice area and who can participate in the business development process as an SME to help win new business.
