The Talking Talent team have very different perspectives and personalities. We have lawyers, journalists, psychologists, advertising and HR professionals, consultants and more! Our people are personable and have the ability to relate to anyone and have a broad range of interests outside the office.

. Despite being internationally and geographically scattered, with many remote and agile workers, Talking Talent is close-knit, with a strong culture of support and engagement. We are very family orientated and fully embrace agile working – in fact, only 40% of people work full-time. We believe our ‘outcome focussed’ culture is what really drives the business. We recognise our wider social responsibilities and have a strong fundraising and volunteering culture, both as a business and as individuals.
