Sue Wellman

Sue has over 10 years coaching experience and is a qualified Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Coach.  She is a member of the ICF and has regular supervision.


Sue has worked for a wide range of FTSE 100 companies in a variety of sectors including Financial Services, Professional Services, Leisure, Retail and Wholesale, Media, Pharmaceuticals and FMCG. She now has her own consultancy and is an Associate of Talking-Talent. She specialises in Executive Coaching, Career Management, Training and Development and Facilitation. She has worked for Marks and Spencer, Bally International and CEDAR International.


Sue has coached extensively at all levels, including at Board, Partner and Senior Management level. She focuses on helping individuals to maximise their potential and to achieve personal and organisational goals. Sue is good at helping people to get clarity and focus and innovatively fulfill their aspirations.
She adopted a son in 2010 as a single parent and now has the fun of juggling a busy work and personal life.
