Stephen Giordano
Stephen is a dynamic trainer and speaker with 14 years of experience coaching executives and managers. He has been recognized and sought by companies like Morgan Stanley, UBS, Roche Pharmaceuticals and BMW among others to address challenges ranging from career derailment to the development of future senior leaders. He specializes in helping people realize their professional and personal goals, and often is involved in larger organizational transformation while coaching the senior members in organizations.

Stephen Giordano previously managed a successful training organization aligned with Fortune 100 & 500 clients. Throughout his career, he has spent many years working in higher education as an adjunct faculty member, an athletic coach, as well as an administrator.
Stephen is an honorary citizen and a member of the New York Fundraising Committee of Boys’ Towns of Italy and is Vice Chair the Board of the Elinor Martin Residence in New Rochelle, NY.
Stephen earned his Bachelors Degree in English from Georgetown University and his Master’s in Education from Manhattanville College. He lives in Eastchester, New York with his wife, Libby, and their four sons.
