Svenja Weber

Svenja is an experienced executive coach based in London, most of her mandates concentrate on career-related issues, leadership, team effectiveness and work-life balance issues.

Before founding her own company, Svenja gained extensive experience in senior human resources positions working for Daimler and HSBC. She held a number of international positions in South Africa, the UK and Germany. Her experience is mostly related to organizational development, change management and global talent assessment and development. 

Svenja holds a Masters degree in Psychology having studied at the University of Bremen, Germany as well as at Stanford University, California, USA. Svenja graduated with distinction from INSEAD’s “Coaching and Consulting for Change” program and got the INSEAD Diploma of Clinical Organizational Psychology.

As part of her training as a psychologist she has gained profound clinical experience having worked in psychiatric hospitals in both the USA and Germany. 

Svenja now runs her own executive coaching business. She brings to executive coaching her unique combination of a clinical psychology background as well as her understanding of global, multicultural business environments. She combines an international corporate career on senior HR level with expertise in the clinical coaching approach. As a member of the Global Leadership Centre of INSEAD, she is regularly invited as a coach in executive development programmes

Svenja is married with one daughter and lives in London.
