Sally Woolsey
Sally Woolsey has over 20 years general management experience including executive roles in three Fortune 100 Companies. Additionally, she has deep experience as an executive coach and works with executive, senior, and middle managers of domestic and global companies. Sally specializes in executive effectiveness, leadership development, effective communication at all levels of an organization, executive presence, leading and developing teams, hi-potential women executives, and effective P&L management.
Sally’s approach is heavily influenced by her business experience. She understands the need for actionable solutions with measurable results in the current business environment. Her process includes ensuring the creation of a realistic development plan that lives on well after the coaching engagement has ended.
Sally holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Denver. Her undergraduate degree is in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from California State University, Sacramento. She has completed coach training at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching and has been trained in the Energy Leadership Index. Sally is a certified Emotional Intelligence coach and is currently seeking Professional Coach Certification from the International Coach Federation. She is trained in a number of assessment tools including Kolbe, Hogan, and Insights. She is currently writing a book on the Real Path to Career Success.
Sally serves on the boards of Community First Foundation and Exempla Hospitals. She is active in organizations that serve troubled youth. She served as a volunteer mediator for the Maricopa County Courts. She is also a supporter of National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
