Sue Watson
Sue Watson is an Associate Director at Talking Talent with a deep experience in consultancy, and providing diversity advice and solutions. Sue is a qualified accountant and with this discipline, she focuses on the financial business benefits and opportunities of every intervention she collaborates on.
Sue spent twenty years working in the city as a business manager for teams of corporate financiers and derivative traders and latterly, five years as Senior Manager in Diversity Team for Europe, Middle East and Africa at Citi, where she focused on all aspects of diversity, but with a particular focus on risk mitigation and competitive advantages gained from sustainable diversity strategies.
Sue has led on several projects covering all aspects of management and business consulting with particular expertise in diversity strategies, change management, employee and client attraction and retention strategies.
Using her experience in business and risk management, Sue designs and develops innovative, pragmatic but challenging programmes that focus on development, well - being and growth of individuals and teams. Sue is an accredited practitioner of the psychometric assessment instrument MTQ48 Mental Toughness and an ILM accredited coach.
