Steven Pease

Steve has over 15 years consulting and coaching experience providing leadership development and executive coaching services to organizations such as JPMorgan Chase, Citigroup, Kimberly-Clark, W.L. Gore & Associates, General Dynamics and many others.   Working with executives and leaders, Steve directs his passion and deep expertise to free up and elevate organizational performers toward extraordinary living and achievement.

Steve’s career path includes positions within Prentice-Hall Publishing Co., Dun & Bradstreet and two of his own business start-ups. While working as a Vice President for Right Management Consultants, Steve designed and delivered leadership development solutions and career transition services to over 9,000 individual clients.  He has delivered over 14,000 hours of direct and diversified coaching and consulting experience.
 
Helping develop strategic self-awareness in those with whom Steve works allows those individuals to recognize and leverage their authentic brand for individual and organizational benefit.  Steve’s passion is seeing and telling the truth to liberate individuals to truly excel.  His gift is to rapidly connect with individuals or groups utilizing timely information, humor, thought provocation and insight.

Steve is a Certified Executive Coach with a BS degree in Organizational Communications including expanded study and paraprofessional experience in Management and Psychology from Ohio University.  He has been certified in numerous assessment instruments including The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), DiSC, The Birkman Method and 360° feedback.  Additionally, Steve is a certified instructor of Leader Effectiveness Training© (L.E.T.).
