Andrea Grossman

Andrea joined Talking Talent in November 2010. Andrea started her working life in the legal industry: she trained and qualified as a litigator at leading law firm Clifford Chance, subsequently moving to practise media litigation and defamation at specialist firm Olswang.

Following her career as a lawyer, Andrea spent several years in the recruitment industry where she developed a successful practice and worked closely with partners, assistants and HR professionals both in the UK and internationally.  As a director she became primarily involved in the internal management of the organisation from which she gained valuable commercial, marketing and business development experience.
Andrea retrained as a career coach with Meyler Campbell, after which she specialised in the areas of career management, career transition and executive coaching.  She has extensive experience of the legal and professional services marketplace.

Andrea’s energetic and goal-centred approach has enabled her to assist individuals around a wide range of issues. Her intuitive style is focused around listening and challenging, never losing sight of the aim to make coaching an enjoyable as well as valuable process!
