How lawyers keep mum: Firm's 82 days of holiday to stop senior women leaving
Allen and Overy are offering workers 82 days holiday in order to retain their senior women. Most of its graduate intake in the UK last year were female. Many believed that working in the firm was incompatable with having a family and would quit. So from this year the company have offered its partners a four day week or an extra 52 days holiday on top of their normal 30. Click here to read more.
