Anne Samyn
Anne has been an Executive Coach with INSEAD since 2005, Anne is also MBA Coach with Vlerick Leuven Gent Management school responsible for developing their Executive coaching programme and talent management activities. Anne also designs and delivers Group Executive coaching to global organisations using the psychodynamic approach.
As an Executive Coach, Anne’s strength is the combination of business focus, psychological awareness and the experience of what it takes to help organizations and individuals change. She applies her outcome oriented coaching approach both in team and individual coaching situations. She holds a Degree in Clinical Organisational Psychology from INSEAD, a Masters Degree in Human Resources from Vlerick Leuven-Gent Management School and a Masters degree from IHECS, Institute of Social Communication (Brussels).
Anne has a successful track record with over 20 years experience within the Executive Search Industry. She was a Partner within the Amrop Hever Group, the world largest Executive Search Group. Prior to that, she held similar positions with two of the top 3 global players: Spencer Stuart Management Consultants and Korn Ferry International, the global leading provider of executive human capital solutions where she gained extensive experience in the field of Business, Team and Human development.
Anne is Belgian and holds a Masters degree from IHECS. She has a Masters degree in Human Resources (Vlerick Leuven-Gent Management School) and a Degree in Clinical Organisational Psychology (INSEAD). She is also certified to use several psychometric tools. She speaks Dutch, French, English and has a working knowledge of German.
