Women take charge: institutional bias rife

Christina Ioannidis, CEO of Aquitude talks through the statistics  of a You Gov survey commissioned by Deutsche Bank. 

The study found that 79% of female professionals in London believed men and women were treated differently in the workplace. Four fifths said they were treated unfairly. Just over half of women believe that their businesses are committed to improving gender equality but only a third can see improvements.
