Lori Taplow

Lori is a senior level, international financial services professional who began her career in commercial real estate lending.  With over 20 years of progressive leadership experience with banking giants such as JP Morgan Chase and Citigroup; Lori has worked in executive roles throughout the US, Europe and Latin America and has proven herself in the areas of People Management, Process Analysis, Project Management, and Change Management.  Out of her love for leading and helping others, her experiences grew into a strong passion for Executive Coaching.

In addition to her extensive work in the financial services industry, career transition has been an integral part of her professional experience. Lori has specialized in the implementation of consolidations of businesses during periods of mergers and acquisitions. She has provided coaching to all levels of the organization; from executive/director levels through middle management.  She has a proven track record and a particular passion for mentoring high potential women.

Lori is a Certified Professional Coach with a Masters degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences both from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida.  She manages Talking Talent, North America.
