Faith Curtis
Faith is an individual and group coach, as well as a facilitator and motivational speaker. She is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation and has her Master’s in Social Work from Jane Addams College of Social Work, University of Illinois. She is also certified by the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) as a certified Co-Active Professional Coach and is a graduate of CTI’s Co-Active Leadership program.
Faith has been coaching executives, entrepreneurs and other professionals for nine years and is known for her commitment to bringing women into stronger leadership roles in their work, home and community. This has been evident not only in her coaching but in the many workshops and retreats that she has designed and led. Topics include Women as Leaders – What’s New and What’s Needed, Creating a More Powerful Image in the Workplace, Creating a Life Vision, Rethinking Time Management – You’re More in Control than you Think, and Resilience – Building and Maintaining Inner Strength in the Face of Constant Change.
Faith also designs and coordinates an annual two-day Women’s Leadership Conference called The Spirit of Leadership. This conference is designed for women who wish to strengthen their internal and external leadership skills and abilities.
Prior to Faiths’ career as a coach she was the VP of Human Resources at a medical equipment manufacturer for over 13 years. Her extensive corporate experience combined with her years of practice as a Clinical Social Worker give her a wealth of experience that combined with her training and outstanding interpersonal skills make her a powerful agent of change.
She lives in a suburb of Chicago with her husband and has two married daughters who are both working moms.
