Simon Tarry

Simon is a coach and group facilitator who has a passion to see individuals and businesses achieve consistent levels of high performance.

Simon’s experience has been spread across a variety of sectors and industries including professional services, financial services, healthcare, public sector and the creative industries.

At Talking Talent, Simon runs our coaching sessions for Working Fathers helping them to balance the demands of work and home. He also assists line managers and business stakeholders to effectively manage individuals through the transition of parenthood and optimise team performance.

Prior to working as a freelance coach, Simon was Senior consultant at rogenSi, a global performance development consultancy specialising in leadership, change and growth. He was awarded ‘Consultant of the Year’ for 2 consecutive years (having managed the largest global account) and in 2008, won the inaugural ‘Sam Elder Award’ - a global recognition for outstanding services to clients and the business. 

Simon has worked around the globe with many blue-chip clients including: Microsoft, Barclays Group, JPMorgan, National Australia Bank, Bausch & Lomb, Astra Zeneca, Computer Sciences Corporation, Diageo, Swinton Insurance Group, Marsh & McLennan.
