Laurie Pachetti

Based in New York, Laurie has an MSW from New York University, and a BS from University of Colorado.  She has 23 years of international experience, and a hard-headed, results-oriented approach, which she uses to sharpen performance and improve the way executives are perceived by key stakeholders.  She employs judiciously designed individual, and management team coaching programs in order to help companies deliver stakeholder value.

Laurie has sector experience in finance and banking, advertising, insurance, education, technology, fashion, pharmaceutical and consumer goods.  She has helped leaders in companies such as: Citigroup, Credit-Suisse, Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan Chase, Rabobank, SG Cowan; AIG, Endurance; Burson-Marsteller, EuroRSCG, FCB, Hill Holiday, McCann Erickson Worldwide; Operative; The Mandell School; Hampshire Design; Novartis, Roche.

Laurie focuses on management team coaching, management and leadership development, as well as communications excellence.  Some of her signature coaching work covers: effective management, reporting with impact, conflict resolution, strategic planning and organizational structure, acquisition integration, and scaling emerging growth companies.

Experienced in leadership and management, Laurie spent five years as a management team director at Rogen, Inc., an international business communications consulting firm.  There she headed the firm’s strategic business development practice.  She also consulted with clients in the area of road-show excellence, presentation, media training, writing, negotiating, new business development and managing difficult clients.  Prior to Rogen, Laurie was a Vice President at Edelman Worldwide in its consumer marketing and business-to-business practices in both New York and Singapore.

In addition to her LCSW, Laurie is certified in Benchmarks from the Center for Creative Leadership.
