Genevieve B. Davy
Genevieve received a BS degree in Marketing from Pennsylvania State University and a Masters degree in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College - Columbia University. She has more than 20 years experience in leadership and organisational development, primarily supporting the financial service sector, as well as having successfully designed and delivered programs, coached, and conducted OD initiatives in the United States, Canada, Western and Eastern Europe and Japan.
Genevieve has a particular interest in providing coaching and skill-building support to professional women. In addition to delivering programs and providing coaching to women throughout their maternity transition, their managers and Human Resources professionals through Talking Talent, her recent projects include:
- Designing and delivering a career goal setting program for 140 women in Credit Suisse’s women’s network
- Designing and delivering an “understanding work styles and team dynamics” program for 40 women in Citigroup’s Developing Talent Program
- Delivering a program on Organisational Savvy for Women in New York and Japan
Prior to starting her consulting practice, Genevieve spent nine years with Citigroup. There, she held various roles including serving as a learning and development partner to senior leaders in the corporate bank, as well as managing the leadership development curriculum for North America. She was also on the coaching faculty for Citigroup’s senior-most leadership program sponsored by the CEO. While at Citigroup, Genevieve personally experienced how to successfully manage the maternity transition twice when she had each of her sons and returned to work full time.
Over the course of her career, Genevieve has helped over 4000 leaders through delivering over 450 workshops and coaching over 200 individuals. She is certified in various instruments and 360-degree feedback tools such as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), the Personnel Decisions International (PDI) Profiler series.
