Younger women face "gender fatigue," subtle bias

Many businesses have made flexible working, parental leave, mentoring and womens networks a norm. However, has this meant that more subtle discrimination is more difficult to spot when on the face companies appear to be imbracing gender diversity? Elisabeth Kean, a lecturer in Work and Organisations in the Department of Management at King's College in London is concerned that companies will suffer from 'gender fatigue' no longer wanting to tackle a problem that they don't see is there anymore.
