99th International Women's Day reveals same glass ceiling

Employment website Monster.co.uk have found that out of 1,741 UK employees only 15% of the women in the survey felt they benefitted from equal opportunities in the workplace, whereas almost four out of ten men thought that they did.

Only 15% of males in the survey felt that they were favoured for positions of power whereas almost a third of the women questioned thought the opposite. Click here to read more in HR Zone.
