Jane Adshead-Grant
Jane is an accredited coach with the International Coaching Federation and a member of the Association for Coaching. She has a post graduate diploma in psychological coaching, and is a qualified Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Coach and licensed NLP Master Practitioner. In addition, Jane has a postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD).
Jane has over 20 years experience working in the City of London, within Professional and Financial Services from HR Generalist to HR Director where she was involved in leading through major restructures, new business start ups, process integration and a merger. In addition her experience lies in management and performance development across cultures on a global platform. Jane’s leadership helps others define their personal and professional vision, set clear goals and achieve their aspirations. She is results focused and supports others to see possibilities. Jane is a powerful communicator and achieves what she sets out to achieve.
Following her corporate career, in seeking a greater work life balance with her two young children, Jane set up her own consultancy providing personal leadership and career transition coaching to corporate and private clients.
Jane has coached in both the private and public sector, with top tier Business Schools, and has a depth of experience at Board and Senior Management level. She has worked alongside managing directors, senior partners, practice leaders and global heads in many leading international organisations, mainly within professional and financial services, supporting the achievement of their career and personal aspirations.
Jane combines her experience and passion for facilitating the development of others through releasing their potential and unique capabilities. Her coaching style is challenging, supportive and insightful, and seeks to help individuals create a healthy inner landscape.
