Women for Boards mentoring initiative

Women for Boards is a new mentoring programme, sponsored by MWM Consulting and BP, aimed at women who wish to become non-executive directors. Its goal is to increase the number of women on boards on FTSE 250 and 350 companies so that they will gain experience and move onto boards of the FTSE 100. 

Potential candidates are paired with highly-experienced mentors, who will support them in becoming valuable board members.
