Katie Dardagan
Katie has developed her practice as an executive coach for 15 years, working with senior executives in both individual and team coaching interventions, facilitating breakthrough possibilities for themselves and their organisations to ensure they realise their full potential.
Now based in Spain, Katie has a BA in French and English from University of Cape Town (South Africa) and a Degree in Clinical Psychology applied to Organisations from INSEAD. She has trained with the Coaches Training Institute in Spain and is a member of the International Coaches Federation and the European Women’s Professional Network. Her working languages are English and Spanish.
Katie has worked with CEOs to team leaders in nearly 20 different countries from a wide range of industries such as Telecom, Finance and Banking, Manufacturing, Retail, Communications, Energy and Communications. Her own corporate experience in an Auditing firm in the UK, along with her ample experience working in multinationals within diverse industries gives her a solid understanding of business needs while working with professionals to equip them to face a fast changing business environment.
Katie is an Associate with key educational institutions who she works with as an Executive Coach and Group Facilitator. Among these are the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) Brussels campus; Duke CE (London); IDDI (Instituto de Desarrollo Directivo Integral - Universidad Franciso de Vittoria). Katie is also the Academic Director of IE University’s Master in Organizational Leadership which involves being responsible for the design of the Masters and sourcing faculty.
Katie’s approach is based on building self awareness and working towards ensuring her clients are better placed to manage their relationships, create, interpret and achieve strategic goals within their unique context, while adapting to changing situations, attaining or maintaining necessary balance. More specifically, Katie’s experience in facilitative learning and coaching for development, coupled with her use of 360º assessments, personality and preference typing questionnaires, allow for a unique mix to optimise her clients’ professional development making it sustainable and relevant to business needs.
