Amanda Barad Morgan

Amanda Morgan has over nineteen years of experience consulting with Fortune 500 companies, financial services, the non-profit sector, internet start-up firms and companies in the entertainment industry from around the world – including Europe, Canada and the Far East. A graduate of New York University, Amanda was named as a recipient of the Founder's Day Award for Highest Honours. She also has a certificate in public relations from New York University.

Amanda has trained and consulted with business executives and professionals at all levels, including senior members.  She is known for her dynamic, energetic, interactive workshops, and her clients report successes with increasing profits, productivity, quality of life and meeting important goals.

At Goldman Sachs, Amanda was one of a few key people to roll out a new performance management system for IT. This project entailed coaching all employees on competency and performance development plans, as well as having individual executive coaching assignments for high potential employees. Amanda designed, developed and delivered presentation skills classes, as well as delivering Harvard Negotiation Skills, Strategic Self Leadership and Conflict Resolution workshops.

Amanda is also known for her work in women's leadership. Recently, she presented workshops on networking at the UBS women’s leadership conference, and has also designed, delivered and developed communication, presentation skills and influence classes, which have proved to be some of the firm’s most popular classes.

In the non-profit sector, Amanda has significant experience in both academia and social service organisations. This includes being the lead trainer and designer for New York Presbyterian Hospital in an initiative to train all NYP employees in communication skills and customer service to better serve patients.  She developed and edited course materials for the Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor, and also implemented a number of training and organisational development initiatives for the New York State Department of Social Services.
