Laini Miller
Based in Sydney, Australia, Laini is a qualified executive coach with over 9 years coaching experience and is an organisational psychologist. Laini has previously held positions of responsibility within the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) where she was responsible for assessing the return on investment of CBA’s training interventions. Laini also held senior development positions in the Hay Group (Australia and the UK), a worldwide Human Resources management Consultancy, where she worked on leadership assessment and development and associated gender issues. Laini was recognised as an expert in emotional intelligence.
Laini has run her own coaching business in the UK and now Australia for the last 7 years. Laini has cross sector and global industry experience. Specific sectors include financial services, consumer and retail, legal, public sector and information technology. Laini is an accredited user/practitioner of the Emotional Competence Inventory (ECI), the Behavioural Event Interview (BEI) and the Inventory of Leadership Styles (ILS).
