Harriet Beveridge

Photo of Harriet BeveridgeHarriet is a one-to-one and group coach with a decade of experience working with senior leaders in a range of industries.  Recent examples include helping female insurance executives exude gravitas; coaching a CEO’s PA to act with authority, enabling female banking directors to present with clarity and conviction.

Harriet describes herself as “a magpie” for techniques and approaches, and believes that flexibility is the key to coaching.  Strong influences include NLP, Goleman’s Emotional Intelligence competency framework, the Grow Model, Timothy Galwey’s Inner Game philosophy, Covey’s principles, Pygmalion research and Brandon Bay’s approaches. 

Harriet worked as a management consultant with Ernst and Young for a number of years, specialising in organisational change.  Then, prior to working with Talking Talent, Harriet was a Principal for 7 years with rogenSi, a consultancy specialising in leadership, change and growth.  She says: “I don’t let clients off the hook and keep encouraging my clients to raise the bar.  I have a strong sense of integrity and have huge empathy for my client’s circumstances.  I also inject humour into sessions and passionately believe that we are more successful when we are enjoying ourselves.”

Harriet is an accredited NLP Practitioner, and also holds a Certificate and Diploma in Coaching.  She is experienced in Brandon Bays’ Journey Work and Marshall Rosenberg’s Non Violent Communication.  She is a qualified assessor in Hay’s ECI (Emotional Intelligence) and Zenger Folkman’s Extraordinary Leader 360 assessment tools.  Harriet graduated from Oxford University with a BA (Hons) in Philosophy, Politics and Economics. In addition to her wealth of corporate experience Harriet also coaches in the wider community and spent 4 years as a Samaritan counsellor.
