Zoë Windsor
Zoë has worked as an individual and team coach and facilitator with mid to senior executives, entrepreneurs, small creative businesses and organisations looking for or undergoing change since 2001. She has worked alongside large multinational companies in various sectors, including banking, professional services, telecommunications, retail, energy, Not-for-profit, media and IT.
Her overriding passion is for people to be better at being themselves. Although that may sound simple, there is a great deal more to it than meets the eye; both in the attaining of it and the extraordinary results that come from individuals, teams and/or organisations being more congruent.
Zoe has over 15 years experience of the joys and complexities of the business world from both a corporate and small business perspective, along with a formal coach training. She has worked in France and Italy, is fluent in both languages, but now lives in London with her son. Her earlier career was spent working as a consultant across various industries, most notably Telecommunications. She specialised in turning around failing projects; improving existing service portfolios; and advising her clients on how to best exploit new business opportunities and new technologies. Her last role before moving into coaching was as a Senior Consultant for a boutique telecommunications firm.
After her move into coaching, Zoë, who has always had a strong entrepreneurial streak and passion for both people and business, was part of a small team who bought the license to operate The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) in the UK. CTI is the largest in-person coach training organisation in the world and has trained over 20,000 leaders, managers and coaches.
Zoë has a BA Hons in French and Italian, History & Politics from The University of Westminster. She is an active member of the International Coaching Federation and has trained with The Coaches Training Institute (Co-Active Core Curriculum), Co-Active Space (The Leadership Programme), The Strozzi Institute (Somatic Coaching Programme), The Center for Right Relationship (Organisational & Systems Coaching Programme) and Newfield Network (Advanced Ontological Coaching Programme).
