Vodafone Maternity Focus Groups

Following a trial of the maternity coaching, Talking Talent worked with Vodafone Group to look at the experiences of both women and their managers whilst someone is pregnant, on maternity leave and on their return.  This involved a series of focus groups, collating key data and reviewing results.

Talking Talent used their wide experience to review the feedback to make recommendations around future improvements.  The study was extremely well received by Vodafone Group. It was invaluable to have qualitative and quantitative data to provide insights and inform decision making.  They are already taking action!
