Nicola Jones
Nicola is a graduate of ICF-accredited Coach Inc’s Advanced Corporate Coaching programme. She completed ‘Performance through People’ at Ashridge and has a degree in Human Geography from Kings College London. As an ICF member, Nicola is committed to their ethics, and undertakes continued learning, supervision and mentor coaching.
Nicola has always relished helping bright sparks to shine. Her extensive corporate experience helps her coach tremendous results, having led teams of various sizes, types and location towards a common goal. Previously Nicola enjoyed 14 years in Media, starting out at Capital Radio, and was most recently Client Development Associate Director and Internal Coach with Virgin Media’s television advertising sales division.
Nicola began retraining as a coach in ’05. After enjoying the thrills and spills of corporate life, she made the leap out in ’06 to travel the world, launched her own coaching company in ‘07 and started her family in ‘08. A Director at Talking Talent from ‘09, she nurtures both new corporate customer relationships, and her Executive coachees from sectors such as Law, Technology, Media, Advertising and Finance.
The coaching she provides is investigative, inspirational and action oriented. Clients say that whilst she holds their ambition and challenges them, she is friendly, fun and caring.
Outside work she enjoys playing on Brighton beach with her young daughter.
